WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
  
             If Cancellation is requested in writing between the due date of the deposit demand and the due date of the full payment demand, all monies will be returned to the applicant minus an administrative fee of $300.

             If, after the due date of the full payment demand, a cancellation is requested in writing, no monies will be reimbursed to applicant unless that individual's reserved space can be resold.  If the reserved space is resold, all monies less $300 will be reimbursed to the applicant.

             No refund will be given to an applicant who does not participate or complete the workshop or the field activities

             Magic Palette & Skillet Workshops and / or Instructor reserve the right to cancel the workshop for whatever reason necessary.  All deposits and / or full payments for the workshop will be reimbursed to the participant immediately upon an announced cancellation.

             We strongly recommend that the participant contact their local Travel Agent to secure proper Travel Insurance.  Several such insurances can be located on various web sites such a TRAVELGUARD.COM. or by going to GOOGLE.COM  search "travel insurance"
