Magic Palette & Skillet Workshops
We are a small organization and we specialize in giving instant responsive service to all of your inquires or needs. We have a travel / hotel background and our experience and training
gives us full knowledge in meeting and solving any and all related problems.
We began our workshop business in 2003 and have concentrated our efforts between
Italy and France. We do no organizational domestic workshops. We are very familiar with our chosen locations: Moulin de la Roque near Avignon, Provence, France and Le Casacce in the Tuscan Hills of Italy near the village of Seggiano.
In both locations of France and Italy our services to the participating artists are the same.
We assist you with information regarding international flights ( we make no reservations ), we arrange to pick you up at the airport in Rome or the train station in Avignon. Our service includes rustic, clean and comfortable accommodations with single beds and a sufficient number of showers / tubs to accommodate all. We encourage double occupancy for the sake of space......having enough rooms. We furnish a professional guide to accompany us on bus excursions we take to plein air destinations within a hour's drive of Moulin de La Roque and Le Casacce. We hire the finest artists / instructors in all media that are very familiar and talented in their instructional efforts.
We will be sending each participant a set of travel instructions when they have paid their deposit. The enclosed information will advise you when to arrive at the airport for a bus transfer, a more thorough description of our estates.....and what to expect. Suggested various bits of information as to what to pack, traditional weather conditions etc.
