TRAVEL ADVISORY CHECK LIST

Make flight reservations asap..for 1 day in advance of your anticipated arrival date to Europe

Buy Travel Insurance if you feel necessary

Make sure Passport is current

Make copy of  Passport and secure another location

Bring your credit card and ATM card

Leave phone numbers and address for your family and/or friends

Buy phone card upon arrival to Europe.  Make sure it is in English

Bring email addresses, phone numbers & banking info for computer use

Bring an alarm clock.

Bring bar of soap

Set watch either 6 hours (east coast) or 9 hours (west coast) ahead.

Buy at least $50. worth of Euros at bank or exchange booth at airport

Pack very lightly

Pack tubes of paint (watercolors or oils) in checked suit case to pass security requirements

Meet bus at Leonardo Di Vinci airport at 1:00 p.m. (Archer / Lamb workshops) on first day of workshop

Record Bill Sperling's cell phone number to cope with any emergencies.

Make sure any insurance you obtain has a "medical evacuation clause"

Make sure MPSW has record of any medical or eating allergies you may have.

Bring medications.....have generic name of medications.

Bring sun block and mosquito repellent

Check weather advisory for Italy to determine mode of dress

Bring camera, extra batteries, extra chip for camera

Bring Laptop if desired.  Limited internet signal available.

Obtain equipment list from Artist.....see their web sites for contact numbers or email addresses

Bring a happy and healthy disposition......a MUST !!
